SHIPPING RULES

 

Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we only ship to the United States.

 

Please Note: Some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

 

Sports Addict Apparel ships standard domestic ONLY.

 

Due to shippers restrictions we do NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam.

 

Free Shipping Promotions:
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping promotions (when offered) covers the cost of Standard Ground Delivery only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.

 

Standard Ground Delivery, Continental United States: 
For Standard Ground shipping (of in-stock items) Please allow 5-10 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship.

 

*Standard delivery is unavailable to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

*Our shipping department operates Monday thru Friday.

 

*Sports Addict Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 

Orders containing both pre-orders and in-stock merchandise will be broken into separate shipping groups. Each group will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Handling charges will apply to each shipping group independently.

 

In an effort to ship pre-orders as quickly as possible, sometimes we use external resources to "drop ship" merchandise to you directly from the source. This eliminates the time it takes to ship product to our warehouse before shipping it to you.

 

Due to the tight time constraints, some orders will not make it into our drop ship process. Those orders are shipped directly from our warehouse, usually on the following business day.

 

Some of the order types that will typically miss our drop ship process are:

 

Pre-orders placed too close to the release date. Cut-off dates are normally three or four days in advance of the ship date.

 

P.O. Box, APO/FPO, and Value shipping.

 

Pre-orders that fail our credit authorization process.
