In general, all sales are considered final. SportsAddict Apparel prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order due to quality or damages ONLY, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. However, we CANNOT accept garments that have been worn, washed, missing tags or altered.
To receive a Return Authorization (RA) number please email and we will email you a RA form to include with the items you would like to return/exchange.
You will need the following information to receive a RA number:

Please allow 1-2 business days for return requests to be processed. You will receive an email with your RA number and further instructions.
Please include your Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of your package or the package will be refused. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs to SportsAddict Apparel. After the items have been inspected and it is determined that SportsAddict Apparel is at fault, standard shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds will be given 7-10 business days after SportsAddict Apparel receives your package.
SportsAddict Apparel recommends you get delivery confirmation for your return/exchange packages.
1. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and with original receipt are accepted within 21 days of the invoice generated date.
2. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.
3. Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded or will simply be refused (the choice is SportAddict Apparel's).
SportAddict Apparel reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer.
SportsAddict Apparel is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. If original merchandise is damaged due to SportsAddict Apparel's mistake, we will pay to have your exchange shipped out to you using our Standard Shipping. Clothing exchanges must have original tags still intact; all other itmes must be unworn in original box/packaging.
SportsAddict Apparel will send your exchange order within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
You must request a Return Authorization number for all exchanges/returns. Please indicate your Return Authorization number on the outside of your package.
SportsAddict Apparel recommends that you send back your return/exchange with insurance or delivery confirmation. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit/debit card. Shoes cannot be returned without the original shoe box. All clothing and other items items must be returned with original tags.
Exchanges will only be allowed for items of equal or lesser value. If your exchange item is less than the original purchase price a refund of the difference will be allotted.
Orders shipped via USPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on USPS.com.
Packages will be refused if the Return Authorization number is not displayed on the outside of your package.
If your package is returned to us and it is determined that SportsAddict Apparel is not at fault or that the items have been worn, washed, untagged, or altered, then your shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, you are responsible for additional shipping if you would like SportsAddictApparel to return your returned items. You have 5 business days to determine whether you would like to have the damaged goods returned to you and be charged additional shipping. Shipping payment is due before SportsAddict Apparel returns your return.
Incorrect Item Return:
All claims, including non-defective item returns (such as an incorrect item return) , must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise. There is no restocking fee for incorrect items.
